1-Tummytuck

Abdominoplasty or tummy tuck is a cosmetic surgery procedure used to make the         
abdomen more firm
It consists of:
1-    liposculpture of the body using the latest techniques which is the lipo laser and UAL(ultrasound assisted liposuction) to create a beautiful silhouette and lifting up the buttocks
2-    Removal of excess skin and fat from the middle and lower abdomen and the love handles.

Which means without intubation using just light intravenous neuroleptics? This will

Generally, a horizontal incision is placed just within or above the pubic area. The incision can be totally hidden while wearing a sleep. The duration of the procedure is between 1.5 and 2 hours.

The patient wears a sheath support day and night for a period of 2 weeks.
Using a special combination of medication invented by Dr Nader SAAB makes the postoperative period of abdominoplasty smooth and extremely easy to bear like a sweet magic. Beside that after the operation the patient is able to move and walk
2 hours later and this will lead to a quick recovery.

2- Laserliposculpture

Laser liposculpture is a new technique in the cosmetic liposuction
The laser liposuction is associated with  ultrasound – assisted or ultrasonic liposuction.

Yes,  it is a new method of body sculpting , body contouring or “ spot reduction” by removing the fat from different site of the body WITHOUT a GENERAL ANESTHESIA.

Using a specialized cannula which transmits ultrasound vibration and heating within the body . This vibration bursts the wall of the fat cells , emulsifying the fat ( i.e. liquefying it) and making it easier to suction out. This allows much less damage to blood vessels and nerves in addition to less discomfort after the procedure and faster recovery. 

The patient can leave after 1 hour to the normal life. With the laser technique the scars are very small and almost invisible.
The laser liposuction – liposculpture can permanently remove unwanted fat accumulations in the double chin, arms, epigastrium and abdomen, waist, hips (saddlebags), folds, buttocks, thighs, (cellulite) and knees.  These areas contain a fat rebel who does not disappear with diet or exercise.

It often recognizes a family trait. The laser liposuction is a solution for patient in whom
previous treatments have not achieved the desired effect.

3-    Breast surgery

Breast surgery can reshape the breast in terms of size (too small, too large) or at the sagging skin.

a-Breast augmentation

Many women feel unhappy with the size of their breasts. Some women have felt like this since puberty; others since childbirth; for some weight fluctuations have caused a loss of firmness or shape;
The surgical procedure for breast augmentation takes approximately one to two hours. Variations in the procedure include the incision type, implant material, and implant pocket placement.
At Dr Nader SAAB hospital, the breast implants used are made of a flexible envelope containing silicone gel filler (not liquid silicone).
Incisions type:
1-    Along the areolar border
2-    In the axillary’s region
3-    In the sub mammary folds
. The silicone shell gives shape to the breast implants and she makes the interface between body and prosthesis, in contrary to the saline prosthesis which gives a ball like look.
Breast enlargement surgery is performed under an IV sedation which means without     general anesthesia. The placement of implants is described in relation to the pectorals major muscle.
•    Sub glandular- implant between the breast tissue and the pectoralis muscle.
•    Sub pectoral: the implant is placed underneath the pectoralis major muscle after releasing the inferior muscular attachments.
•    Sub muscular - the implant is placed below the pectoralis without release of the inferior origin of the muscle.

b- Breast uplift
Sagging or drooping breasts is a common complaint for many women. Ageing, having children, and weight loss can all cause the breasts to sag and droop, leaving a deflated appearance. This can easily be rectified with breast uplift surgery.
During the breast lift operation, excess skin from around the area of dark tissue surrounding the nipple and sometimes from under your breasts is taken. This creates a tighter cone of breast tissue and your nipple is moved to a higher position to give a more youthful and firm appearance.
At Dr Nader Saab Hospital breast uplift patients are required to stay only for a few hours as a recovery period post surgery.
A Special bra has to be wear for 2 to 3 weeks period.

c- Breast reduction

d- Nipple correction

4- Hallus Valgus procedure

It is a structural deformity of the joint and the foot where the big toe is slightly bend to the second toe. . The best way to see if you have a hallus valgus: Pay attention to your feet! If you see a bony protrusion on your big or baby toe that feels pinched when wearing shoes, you most likely have a hallus valgus.
Hallux valgus is known to have numerous etiologies, including biomechanical, traumatic, and metabolic factors.
